Payment policy

Payment methods

The workshop accepts payment in cash or by bank transfer. Account details are provided directly when the quote is confirmed; please check them carefully before transferring.

Usual payment installments

For medium and large projects, the workshop usually splits payment into 3 installments:

  1. 30% deposit when the design and quote are confirmed, so the workshop can order materials.
  2. 40% payment when fabrication of the product is complete, before delivery.
  3. The remaining 30% after installation and handover.

For small orders such as tables, shelves and sinks, the workshop may accept a 50% deposit or payment on delivery.

Quotes and invoices

  • Quotes state the stainless steel grade, dimensions, thickness, accessories, timeline and warranty.
  • Prices are valid for the period stated on the quote, because raw material prices can change.
  • A VAT invoice is issued on request, which should be mentioned before confirming.

Changes and cancellation

  • Changing the design after materials have been cut may incur extra costs, notified in advance.
  • If an order is cancelled after the workshop has ordered materials or started fabrication, the deposit is applied against the costs already incurred.
