Delivery area
The workshop delivers and installs on site in Long Xuyen and the neighboring districts of An Giang province. For other provinces such as Can Tho, Dong Thap and Kien Giang, the workshop arranges a separate schedule and quotes the specific delivery cost.
Delivery cost
- Inside Long Xuyen city: free delivery for orders above a certain value, stated clearly in the quote.
- Outside the city: charged by distance and weight, quoted before the order is confirmed.
- Projects at height or hard to access may incur scaffolding and labor costs.
Installation process
- Agree the installation date and time with the homeowner.
- The technicians bring the products and tools to the site and make a final check of the premises.
- Installation, adjustment, and on-site welding if needed.
- Cleaning of surfaces, and removal of waste and leftover materials.
- Handover together with the homeowner, with guidance on use and care.
Build time
Standard products such as gates and railings take about 5 to 10 working days from the time the design is confirmed. Staircases, canopies, large projects or complex patterns take longer, agreed in advance.
Notes for homeowners
- Prepare the site, clear old items and allow the technicians access to the project.
- Let us know in advance if there are restrictions on working hours.
- Check the product at handover and tell us right away of any defects so the workshop can fix them.
Any change to the schedule will be notified in advance so both sides can plan.
