Warranty period
Inox Phu Phong gives a 12-month warranty from the date of handover and acceptance on fabricated and installed products: gates, fences, railings, staircases, canopies, tables and chairs, and industrial sinks and stoves.
What the warranty covers
- Welds that come apart or crack under normal use.
- Frames or gate leaves that sag or are misaligned due to fabrication or installation faults.
- Hinges, tracks and wheels supplied by the workshop that fail early.
- Stainless steel surfaces that rust because the material differs from the quote.
What is not covered
- Damage from heavy impact, accidents, natural disasters or fire.
- Repairs or modifications made by anyone else without permission.
- Use for the wrong purpose or beyond the design load.
- Surface staining caused by strong cleaning chemicals, salt water or alum left on for a long time without cleaning.
- Accessories, motors and locks supplied by other brands have their own policies.
How to request warranty service
Call the hotline 0913 706 536 or message us on Zalo, with photos or a video of the current condition and the project information. The workshop will get in touch and arrange for a technician to inspect as soon as possible, usually within 1 to 3 working days in Long Xuyen.
Maintenance after the warranty
After the warranty period, the workshop still provides maintenance, re-polishing and replacement of accessories at a reasonable cost. Projects built by the workshop always get priority support.
