About Inox Phu Phong

Inox Phu Phong is a stainless steel fabrication workshop at 175 Rach Tam Bot, Long Xuyen city, An Giang province. For more than 12 years, the workshop has built gates, fences, railings, staircases, canopies, tables and chairs, and industrial kitchen equipment for townhouses, eateries, restaurants, schools and production facilities throughout An Giang and the Mekong Delta provinces.

Material: 201, 304 and 316 stainless steel

We work with the three common grades of stainless steel and advise the right one for each item:

  • 201 stainless steel: economical, suited to indoor items in dry places.
  • 304 stainless steel: the main choice for outdoor projects, industrial kitchens and food-contact surfaces. Durable, rust-resistant and easy to clean.
  • 316 stainless steel: for harsh environments such as riversides, chemicals and high salinity.

Every quote from the workshop states the stainless steel grade, tube size and thickness, so you can be confident.

In-house fabrication process

  1. Cutting: tubes, box sections and sheets are cut to the drawings with precision machines.
  2. Bending: bending, shaping patterns and handrails using forms.
  3. Welding: TIG welding under argon gas for clean, solid welds.
  4. Polishing: welds ground smooth and polished to a mirror or brushed finish as requested.
  5. Installation: delivery and on-site installation, adjustment and handover together with the homeowner.
