Is the survey free?
Free within Long Xuyen city. For sites further away we tell you the travel cost in advance.
How soon do I get a quote?
Usually 1–2 days after the survey. Simple items can be quoted straight away by phone or Zalo once we have photos and measurements.
Stainless 201 or 304?
Stainless 304 is durable and rust-free — right for outdoor gates, railings and kitchen equipment. Stainless 201 is cheaper and suits indoor, dry places. We advise you during the survey.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Welds and structure are under warranty for 12 months, with repair help afterwards.
