Phu Phong now fabricates stainless steel exhaust hoods, ducts and vents

Besides gates, railings and staircases, the Phu Phong workshop now has a ventilation line: exhaust hoods, ducts, louver vents and fan covers in stainless steel.

From now on, alongside gates, railings, staircases and kitchen equipment, the Inox Phu Phong workshop introduces a new product line: ventilation fans and stainless steel smoke extraction and ventilation items. These are items that many eateries, restaurants, factories and livestock farms in An Giang often ask about, so the workshop has grouped them into a separate category to make them easy to find.

What the workshop can make

Stainless steel kitchen exhaust hoods: wall-mounted or island hoods for eatery, restaurant, canteen and school kitchens. With removable grease filters and grease trays, sealed welds ground smooth for easy cleaning.

Stainless steel ducts: round and square ducts, elbows, tees and reducers made to drawings or measured on site. Sealed welds, hung with stainless steel straps and threaded rods.

Stainless steel louver vents: rain-blocking blades, installed on the exterior walls of factories, fan rooms and kitchens to draw in air without rain blowing in. With insect screens.

Rain hoods for exhaust fans: protect outdoor air outlets from sun, rain, birds and insects.

Fan frames and housings: square wall-mount frames, roof fan bases, and livestock barn fan housings in moisture-resistant 304 stainless steel.

Advice on choosing and installing fans: the workshop advises on fan type, reference airflow, motor power and a suitable voltage (220V or 380V), then installs the complete package.

Why stainless steel

Smoke extraction and ventilation environments usually have a lot of moisture, grease and heat. Painted steel surfaces peel and rust after a while. Stainless steel is more durable and easy to wipe, especially 304 for kitchens, livestock barns and damp factories. For dry places with a limited budget, the workshop still has 201 stainless steel options.

What customers should prepare when getting in touch

  • A description of where ventilation is needed: kitchen, factory, livestock barn or warehouse.
  • Rough dimensions or a few photos of the current situation.
  • The power supply on site (220V or 380V).
  • The expected budget, if any.

With this information the workshop can advise faster. The workshop then arranges a free on-site survey, takes measurements and sends a quote stating the stainless steel type, thickness, dimensions and accessories.

Our commitments

  • The exact stainless steel type as quoted.
  • Welds ground smooth, carefully finished.
  • 12-month warranty on structure and welds.
  • Work done on schedule, with the site cleaned up after completion.
  • Transparent pricing; the prices on the website are for reference only until a real survey is done.

Service area

The workshop is located at 175 Rach Tam Bot, Long Xuyen city, and takes projects across An Giang such as Chau Doc, Chau Phu, Cho Moi and Tan Chau, as well as neighboring provinces in the Mekong Delta depending on scale.
